I started my real estate career as a Transaction Coordinator and worked my way up.I quickly became TC Manager for a large real estate firm with 2 TC's under me, running transactions for 12 agents and closing over 100 transactions a month. From there I become the Office Manager and then moved up to Director of Operations and Agent Coach.
I have shifted a TC department from paper to fully paperless, worked in multiple paperless transaction programs, handled listing management, listing assistance, agent coaching, ISA oversight, marketing management, HR and many other aspects of real estate.
I averaged 25 closings a year at my previous real estate firm, while also holding the title of Director of Operations and Agent Coach over 8 team agents and 3 independent agents. My knowledge and experience in real estate is extensive and deep. And best of all it is rooted in TC management as that was where I started!
